Mr. Devshankar focuses on real estate investment, procurement, quality control and constructions of projects. He is the one who started Apex Group with real estate investments and transformed it into a real estate company comprising constructions of residential and commercial projects. Mr. Parshotam Patel is one of the Directors of the Group; his diverse expertise is an asset for Apex. He has a degree in M.Com as well as L.L.B by educational qualification; moreover, he is also into Import and Export business for over 20 years. Mr. Parshotam distinctively handles legal matters and documentation for the Apex Group. His import and export milieu have made our presence felt overseas and hence, we get an international exposure for our projects.
